We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our office in Kitsilano.
– Processing Files
– Maintaining correspondence via Telephone and E-mail
– Providing Support to the Management Team
– Database Maintenance – keeping contracts, records and lead information up to date
– Managing Appointment Calendars – scheduling meetings and follow-up
15/hour + quarterly and annual bonus program.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
– Post-secondary education in Sales or Business Administration
– 1 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative or sales environment
– Proficient with Microsoft Office, E-mail and spreadsheet programs
– Excellent communication skills
