Reporting to the Director of Contact Centre Operations, the Contact Centre Client Services Specialist will be part of a team styled as a call centre environment focused on converting inbound user inquiries into satisfied clients. This role takes place in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The main responsibilities involve managing large numbers of inbound enquiries via web, chat and phone and converting these enquiries to results, providing clients and prospective clients with product and service information, determining the most effective solution to client requests, maintaining positive client business relationships and having a full understanding of company products, services, processes and procedures.
