About this Job:

Reporting to the Director of Contact Centre Operations, the Contact Centre Client Services Specialist will be part of a team styled as a call centre environment focused on converting inbound user inquiries into satisfied clients. This role takes place in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The main responsibilities involve managing large numbers of inbound enquiries via web, chat and phone and converting these enquiries to results, providing clients and prospective clients with product and service information, determining the most effective solution to client requests, maintaining positive client business relationships and having a full understanding of company products, services, processes and procedures.

This position is required to execute the following duties, possess the following skills, and qualifications:

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service and a positive client experience to new and existing clients in a prompt and professional manner via all client communication tools
  • Proactively respond to and resolve all inbound phone, email, and online chat inquiries
  • Swiftly learn, through on-site training, all products that Entripy.com offers, including the different services and options available to achieve the best results for our clients
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company web platforms, product offering, and current promotions
  • Use the provided CRM tools to help track and centralize interactions and comments with clients for all team members to access
  • Ensure that all assigned responsibilities and special projects are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Seize opportunities as they arise to ensure the most efficient result for clients
  • Follow communication scripts if necessary when handling different client topics or requests
  • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations on how to continually improve the delivery of our client experience process
  • Support team members and senior leadership team as requested

Qualifications

  • Call center or tele-marketing experience essential
    • Customer service/sales experience essential
    • Working knowledge of NetSuite or other cloud business software an asset
    • Proficient in MS Office & Web applications
    • Minimum high school diploma required. College / University preferred
