About this Job:

The objective of our Customer Success Heroes is to manage the customer interaction through the lifetime of the relationship with MediaValet. They are responsible for onboarding the clients, taking them through the setup process, training, and onboarding while resolving any technical issues that come along.

What would my role be:

  • Assist with client onboarding : Task involves using tool to create user portals, creating groups and user account, uploading assets, exporting reports
  • Working with the Customer Success Managers to resolve client issues
  • Liaise with the support and development team to track bugs and features under development
  • Manage and escalate technical support issues as required

What would my average day look like?

  • Start with a review of our high priorities for the day – update team on progress from yesterday
  • Connect with the development team to see what’s new and get a status update on your open items
  • Check on ongoing client onboarding tasks
  • Generate usage reports and identify problems before they become issue – be proactive
  • Do whatever you think is going to help our clients grow and adopt our platform!
  • Go home safe in the knowledge that our clients are all loving MediaValet

In order to be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Excellent problem solving and coordinating skills
  • Technical know-how (a passion for fiddling with tech – nothing complicated, simple things like being able to jailbreak your i-phone or set up a proxy on your Netflix)
  • Ability to manage several concurrent tasks and switch priorities on the fly
  • Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills
  • Ability to keep a cool head when things get a little hectic
  • Appreciate a good meme
