We are a busy tour company, currently recruiting hard-working and outgoing staff for full time positions in our summer season. We are hiring for Admin / Customer Service Reps at our downtown Toronto location.
Working with us, your duties will include but are not confined to:
· Promoting and selling tour products.
· Dispatching company drivers to pickup locations.
· Coordinating passenger connection between bus and boat tours.
· Preparing and sending reports.
· Redeeming confirmation numbers called in by tour guides and sales agents.
· Balancing sales staff at the end of their shifts.
· Preparing and assigning equipment and floats to sales staff.
Skills & Availability
Salary: $14 per hour
