Are you a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy interacting with people (take great pride in your customer service skills) and have the ability to multitask, create order out of chaos and maintain excellent attention to detail, despite frequent interruptions?
A typical day might include:
à Maintaining the staff lunchroom and meeting rooms throughout the work day; including dishwasher duty, wiping down the refrigerators, tables, counters, sinks, and making coffee.
à Ensuring all kitchens are stocked with all the basics we provide staff
à Photocopier maintenance & ensuring all copiers and printers have inventory of paper, and other office supplies
à Reception and Project Assistant relief
à Daily filing of administration and project related correspondence and documentation
