About this Job:

 

  • Answer and forward calls on a busy phone system, while meeting and greeting incoming guests
  • Provide positive and friendly customer service to existing and potential clients ensuring that their needs are met when contacting our office
  • Manage and prepare all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Receive and manage all incoming correspondence ensuring that they are attached to the appropriate client files
  • Prepare clear and concise written correspondence on behalf of the brokerage
  • Data entry into client files and MS Excel ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare MS PowerPoint presentations as needed/requested
  • General administrative tasks as required

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a busy reception role
  • Must be computer savvy and very comfortable working with the computer programs MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working within the Insurance Industry would be a definite asset
