We are looking to fill the position of Sous Chef to work with our exec chef William Hayes. It is a full time, year round position. The restaurant is very busy in the summer with growing shoulder seasons and a quiet winter. The upstairs kitchen is small and with a full house is incredibly fast moving and complex. The job will require working with Chef Will on menu development, specials, ordering, staff management and of course service. It is an Italian restuarant so experiance with Italian food would be beneficial although not necessary. If the applicant is interested there is the potential to work into the position of head chef. The family also has a catering company and another restaurant so there is potential for long term growth.
